Disclosed is a functional bidet with a therapeutic function. The functional bidet is characterized by including a light source unit emitting LED beams or laser beams； a light collecting unit receiving and collecting the LED beams or laser beams； an optical waveguide unit receiving the collected LED or laser beams through multiple light source inlets and guiding the beams to output the beams through one outlet； a liquid tank and controller storing a cleaning solution and delivering the cleaning solution by responding to the predetermined control of a button； and an integrated nozzle unit receiving the delivered cleaning solution and the outputted LED or laser beams and emitting the LED or laser beams to the cleaning solution being sprayed at the same time. The present invention provides not only a cleaning effect, but also functional effects such as an aesthetic or therapeutic effect. In addition, the functional bidet with a therapeutic function is capable of accurately emitting the beams to a part where treatment is necessary without an additional device for laser scanning or an additional process of extending a nozzle for lasers, thereby maximizing the effect of treatment.
