PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical power transmission adaptor for preventing a clean region and an unclean region from being mixed, and a medical manipulator system equipped therewith.SOLUTION: The surgical power transmission adaptor 220 interposed between an surgical instrument 240 and an arm 200 includes rods 222a and 222b having the first region coming into contact with the clean region to which sterilization treatment is applied and the second region coming into contact with the unclean region to which no sterilization treatment is applied.
