The autophagy-regulated miRNA molecule of the present invention consists of the base sequence described in any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 203 in the sequence listing. These miRNA molecules were identified by the miRNA selection method newly developed by the present inventors. The selection method includes, for each of a plurality of factors that function in one in vivo reaction pathway, a first step of obtaining a miRNA group that is predicted to bind to mRNA encoding the factor, and obtained for each factor.
