The present invention relates to medicaments for use in the prophylaxis or treatment of vasoconstriction related disorders or conditions. Specifically, the present invention relates to (2R) enantiomeric form of a 6-chromanol derivative for use in the prophylactic or treatment of vasoconstriction related disorders or conditions. A preferred 6-chromanol derivative is (6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-yl)(piperazin-l-yl)methanone； N-(benzyl)-6-hydroxy- 2,5,7, 8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxamide； N-(phenyl)-6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2- carboxamide； methyl 4-(6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxamido)benzoate； (6- hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-yl)(morpholino)methanone, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.La présente invention concerne des médicaments destinés à être utilisés dans la prophylaxie ou le traitement de troubles ou d'états liés à la vasoconstriction.
