Solution of this problem is achieved by the fact that the universal jogging stroller for ball games for handicapped people, comprising a frame, a seat, two driving wheels and a braking device, has a conical shape frame, while the front part of the frame is made in the form of a small hoop, and the rear part of the frame in the form of a larger diameter hoop. In the large and small hoops mounted rubber pads to protect the frame from damage when turning.
