The present invention discloses a skin-whitening composition using an extract treated with mountain-cultivated ginseng seed enzymes. More particularly, the present invention discloses a skin-whitening composition using an extract treated with mountain-cultivated ginseng seed enzymes having melanin generation inhibitory activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity which are concentration-dependent in melanoma cells B16F10 stimulated by melanin generating stimulant α-MSH, especially an extract treated with Kojizyme™ having aminopeptidase activity and carboxypeptidase activity or with Alcalase™ having endopeptidase activity.본 발명은 산양삼 종자 효소 처리 추출물을 이용한 피부 미백용 조성물을 개시한다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 멜라닌 형성 자극제인α-MSH로 자극된 멜라노마 세포인 B16F10에서 농도 의존적으로 멜라닌 생성 억제 활성과 티로시나아제 억제 활성을 갖는, 산양삼 종자 효소 처리 추출물 특히 아미노펩티다아제 활성과 카르복시펩티다아제 활성을 갖는 Kojizyme™ 또는 엔도펩티다아제(endopeptidase) 활성을 갖는 Alcalase™ 처리 추출물을 피부 미백용 조성물을 개시한다.
