The present invention relates to an autogenous bone collecting apparatus for collecting residues, and more particularly, to a bone collecting apparatus for collecting fine bone fragments, adult stem cells and fine powders which are residues generated in dental procedures including collecting the autogenous bone and cutting an alloy prosthesis for implanting. The autogenous bone collecting apparatus of the present invention can collect fine bone fragments, adult stem cells and fine particles, which are residues generated in dental procedures including removal of bones or cutting the alloy and prosthesis during implanting； and is useful for collecting and purifying liquid and fine particle tissues including blood, fat and bone fragments coming out during the dental procedures.
