PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array device which easily punctures microneedles obliquely into the skin, thereby combining alleviation in pain of a patient with prevention of liquid drug leakage upon injection by the microneedles.SOLUTION: The microneedle array device includes: a microneedle array guide comprising a bottom plate with through holes formed therein and a pair of side plates vertically elected on both side ends of the bottom plate a microneedle array comprising a microneedle array body and microneedles projecting obliquely from the bottom plate of the microneedle array body a pair of guided parts formed in both side faces of the microneedle array body so as to be obliquely projected from the side faces and a pair of guiding parts formed in the pair of the side faces so as to be projected in parallel with the pair of guided parts.
