PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact ultrasonic tonometer capable of properly irradiating an eye to be examined, with an ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic tonometer for measuring an intraocular pressure of an eye to be examined by using ultrasonic waves includes: an ultrasonic actuator which has an ultrasonic element and irradiates the eye to be examined with an ultrasonic wave; and current adjusting means S6 which adjusts a current to be applied to the ultrasonic element and controls a sound pressure or an acoustic radiation pressure of the ultrasonic wave.
