PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic ultrasonic treatment apparatus capable of performing a treatment by irradiating the target part of an eye ball with ultrasonic wave, while observing the inner part of the eye ball.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmic ultrasonic treatment apparatus includes an ultrasonic probe 1 with an ultrasonic oscillation device 3 for irradiating the target part of the eye ball with ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic oscillation device 3 is the ring-like device where an observation hole 5 to observe the inner part of the eye ball is formed. A medicine is injected with a catheter 7 and also ultrasonic wave is irradiated, thereby performing the treatment, while observing the inner part of the eye ball through the observation hole 5.
