PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for thawing frozen food to solve problems that in room temperature natural thaw, as a time required for thaw is long, it is difficult to provide timely thawing, and taste and texture of food after thawing are degraded, and in thawing by a microwave oven, temperature unevenness in food cannot be solved.SOLUTION: A device for thawing frozen food is provided with a loading shelf heater built in a frozen food loading shelf disposed in a thawing chamber, atmosphere adjustment means composed of an atmosphere heater for heating atmosphere in the thawing chamber and an air blowing fan, and thawing control means for controlling the heaters so that a temperature of the frozen food loading shelf and the atmosphere temperature reach prescribed temperatures. A lower surface of the frozen food is heated by heat transfer from the frozen food loading shelf, and a peripheral surface excluding the lower surface, of the frozen food is heated by heat transfer from the atmosphere. As the temperature of the frozen food loading shelf and the atmosphere temperature can be independently set, thawing conditions according to kinds of frozen food can be set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】室温自然解凍は、解凍所要時間が長くなってタイムリーな提供が難しく、解凍後の食品の食味・食感を損なうという問題があり、電子レンジ解凍では、食材の温度ムラが解消できないという問題があった。【解決手段】 解凍庫内に設けた冷凍食品載置棚に組み込まれた載置棚加熱ヒータと、解凍庫内の雰囲気を加熱する雰囲気加熱ヒータおよび送風ファンより成る雰囲気調整手段と、冷凍食品載置棚温度および雰囲気温度が所定温度になるように各加熱ヒータを制御する解凍制御手段とを設け、冷凍食品の下面を冷凍食品載置棚からの伝熱によって加熱するとともに、冷凍食品の下面以外の周面を雰囲気からの伝熱で加熱し、冷凍食品載置棚温度および雰囲気温度を独立的に設定可能にすることにより、冷凍食品の種別に応じた解凍条件を設定自在にした冷凍食品の解凍装置。【選択図】図１
