PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze only tomographic data of the required minimum, in an X-ray CT device for detecting an X-ray beam by a plurality of X-ray sensor lines.
SOLUTION: An X-ray generator 52 generates the X-ray beam 56 transmitted through a specimen 80. An X-ray detector 60 is constituted of a plurality of X-ray sensors 60A arrayed lattice-likely. The plurality of X-ray sensors 60A is arrayed in line laterally to constitute the X-ray sensor lines, and X-ray sensor lines are arrayed in N-columns vertically. A diagnostic parameter of the specimen 80 is calculated by an analytical part, based on each of the plurality of tomographic data obtained by the plurality of X-ray sensor lines, and the diagnostic parameter is calculated until the plurality of tomographic data calculated stepwise satisfies a prescribed convergence condition.
