A cylinder-piston assembly of the disposable injector is configured with at least one through hole connecting an interior space of the cylinder with a nozzle arranged on an end surface. The end surface of the cylinder-piston assembly has a pressing-in region surrounding the nozzle and a clamping region surrounding the pressing-in region. The pressing-in region comprises an inner projection limiting the nozzle, and an outer projection. The projections limit an opening surrounding the inner projection a depth of which measured in the direction parallel to a central axis of the cylinder-piston assembly makes at least a quarter of the opening width in a plane directed along the normal line to the above axis. The clamping region at least during the injection is displaced against the injection in relation to the end surface of the pressing-in region. A surface area of the clamping region on a plane perpendicular to the central axis is not less than the surface area of the pressing-in area on the same plane.
