Milk processing apparatus, comprising: an ultraviolet radiation processing milk device having an inlet and an outlet； a milk storage tank in fluid communication with an ultraviolet milk processing device； a pump in fluid communication with a milk storage tank； a heat exchanger and a control device connected to the pump and the heat exchanger. 2. A milk processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the device for processing milk with ultraviolet radiation comprises a plurality of ultraviolet reactors for pasteurizing milk. The milk processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a movable platform on which a milk storage tank is installed. 4. The milk processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a movable platform on which a milk storage tank is installed, and in which the control device comprises a milk temperature controller. The milk processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the heat exchanger comprises a water jacket surrounding at least a portion of the milk processing apparatus with ultraviolet radiation. The milk processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the device for processing milk with ultraviolet radiation is located at least partially in the heat exchanger. The milk processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control device is connected to a device for processing milk with ultraviolet radiation with the possibility of monitoring its operation. The milk processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprises a milk quantity sensor in fluid communication with the milk storage tank and a control device1.
