PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-blade medical knife with two blade bodies fixed permanently on a handle and exposing a part of a blade tip including a front end part, or favorably exposing half of the length which the blade tip is projected on a straight line in a longitudinal direction or more or less.SOLUTION: A cavity 52 is formed in a front part of a handle 2. The cavity 52 is surrounded by peripheral walls 47 and has an opening on a front side. The peripheral walls 47 include upper walls 50, lower walls 51, and a pair of facing side walls 8, 27. Two blade bodies 3, 3 are fixed on an inner face of the side walls 8, 27 respectively and projected from the opening.
