The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a side dish using salted and dried sea weed and green laver, comprising the steps of making sea weed and green laver in a fixed circle shape or a square shape frying the same making taste of the same by adding the same to seasoning sauces treating the same by using a hot air drying and making products by being packaged. The manufacturing method of salted and dried sea weed and green laver as a side dish in the present invention comprises the steps of frying sea weed and green laver in an edible oil whose temperature is between 160 and 180 degree Celsius for 3 to 5 seconds and accordingly of enabling the sea weed and green laver to absorb 1 % of the edible oil making flavor of the sea weed and green laver by mixing seasoning sauces consisting of 0.4% of roasted salt, 0.3% of sugar and 0.3 % of sesame and treating the fried the sea weed and green laver mixed with the seasoning by using the hot air drying.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 김과 파래를 일정한 크기의 원형,사각등의 형으로 만들어 식용유에 튀기고 조미하여 열풍건조시킨 후 포장하여 상품화할 수 있도록 한 김자반의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
