PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a prescribed operation.SOLUTION: An electrostimulator 1 (first device 10A and a second device 10B) comprises a front surface electrode 11, a back surface electrode 12, an output circuit 13, and a control circuit 14. The front surface electrode 11 and the back surface electrode 12 are arranged to contact a skin surface of the user. The output circuit 13 outputs an electric output for applying an electric stimulus to a muscle to the front surface electrode 11 and the back surface electrode 12. The control circuit 14 controls the output circuit 13.
