The present application relates to a containment device and a method for constructing the containment device (20, 30) comprising at least the following steps:- a step of modelling a containment device (20) in the form of a tape； - a step of constructing the containment device by machining a slab of composite polymer material or by 3D printing； - a step of constructing a positioning duct (30) by thermoforming on a support assembly which comprises the containment device (20) and a die (10') on which the containment device (20) is positioned； and - a step of separating the containment device (20, 30) from the die (10').La présente demande concerne un dispositif de contention et un procédé de réalisation du dispositif de contention (20, 30) comportant au moins les étapes suivantes : - Une étape de modélisation d'un appareil de contention (20) sous forme de ruban； - Une étape de réalisation de l'appareil de contention par usinage d'une galette de matériau polymère composite ou par impression tridimensionnelle； - Une étape de réalisation d'une gouttière de positionnement (30) par thermoformage sur un ensemble-support qui comporte l'appareil de contention (20) et une matrice (10') sur laquelle l'appareil de contention (20) est positionné； et - Une étape de séparation du dispositif de contention (20, 30) par rapport à la matrice (10').
