A positive airway pressure breathing apparatus includes a case, an air pump, a pressure meter, a mask, a pipe, a controlling unit and a recording unit. The case has a first air hole and a second air hole, and the air pump, the pressure meter and the controlling unit are disposed in the case. The air pump has an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is connected to the first air hole and the outlet is connected to the second air hole. The pressure meter is disposed between the outlet and the second air hole. Additionally, the controlling unit is electrically connected to the pressure meter, the air pump, and the recording unit. The controlling unit is used to transform the first pressure data measuring from the pressure meter into the second pressure data at the mask and record the second pressure data to the recording unit.
