PURPOSE: A rice thin film drying apparatus for producing rice noodles, and a method thereof are provided to rapidly dry the moisture from a rice thin film after heating, and to obtain the rice noodles without a kneading process. CONSTITUTION: A rice thin film drying apparatus comprises the following: a rice thin film supplying unit(110) supplying rice thin film in a gel form； a rice thin film drying unit(120) drying the rice thin film； a rice thin film transferring unit(130) transferring the dried rice thin film to the outside； a guide frame connected to one upper side of the rice thin film drying unit； a sprocket formed on both ends of the guide frame to rotate； two rotating rollers connected to a pair of chains； and plural bars for transferring the rice thin film by the movement direction of the chains.쌀을 분쇄하여 졸(sol) 상태로 만들어 가열하여 겔(gel) 상태로 만들고 이를 건조한 후에 절단하여 쉬트(Sheet)의 형태로 만든 후, 국수의 두께로 절단하기 위한 장치들로 이루어지는 쌀국수 제조장치의 구성 중에서, 가열공정을 통해 겔(gel) 상태로 제공되는 쌀박막에 포함된 수분을 제한된 공간에서 빠른 시간 내에 건조하기 위한 건조 장치 및 건조 방법.
