In total the earth is covered by 81% of its area with Hydrogen Dioxide, formally known as Water. Unfortunately only 2% of it is in such form that a living organ can use for its existence. The amount of H20 is maintained in a cyclic manner in the nature. The only trouble in the entire scenario is that the consumers of drinking water are increasing day by day and in addition, the Global Warming is melting the frozen ice on the poles which are being wasted by getting mixed up in Oceans. So the demand is increasing, provisional resources are being wasted naturally and there is no way to generate drinking water without harming atmospheric balance. In this case the biggest challenge to human race would be handling the available water resources as smartly as possible, because Hydrogen Dioxide is the prime factor to make any place habitable in this universe. Since the majority of drinking water is consumed not in drinking but in irrigation so it becomes naturally very important to use the drinking water very sensibly for irrigation supplies. The developing countries like ours, where the management of water resources is not up to the mark, it becomes very essential to develop smart systems for water usage as soon as possible. To provide an attempt to such urgency, here we have developed a smart water irrigation system which runs automatically, consumes less energy and saves a lot and lot of drinking water. The innovation goes along with one simple logic that unless the plant needs it, does not pour water that goes for waste. In this system we have used moisture sensor which senses the need of water in the soil. So the moment it senses the saturation in the moisture of soil, it cuts off the circuit and water intake gets stopped immediately. This irrigation controller includes a microprocessor for controlling a plurality of watering stations under program control according to a plurality of parameter values, and a module dimensioned and arranged to enable a user
