The present invention relates to a menstrual cup cleaning apparatus. More specifically, the present invention is capable of cleaning both the inside and the outside of the menstrual cup evenly and hygienically, thereby maintaining cleanliness of the menstrual cup. In order to ensure safety of a user, the menstrual cup, which has a shape of a cup formed with an inlet and has a handle protruding by the user on an opposite side of the inlet, is mounted in the main body and washed.
