PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decontamination device using hydrogen peroxide solution in which aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide smoothly flows by preventing bubbles from adhering to a strainer.SOLUTION: A first cylindrical part 52 made of a mesh-like material is arranged in such a manner that it is connected to piping 25, protrudes toward the inside of a tank 22 and extends upward. A second cylindrical part 54 having a larger diameter than that of the first cylindrical part 52 and made of a mesh-like material is arranged around the first cylindrical part 52 in such a manner that its upper end is located above the upper end of the first cylindrical part 52 and its lower end abuts on the inner bottom face 22b of the tank 22. A third cylindrical part 56 having the same diameter as that of the second cylindrical part 54 is arranged in such a manner that its upper end protrudes upward to above the liquid level of an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide stored in the tank 22 and its lower end is connected to the upper end of the second cylindrical part 54, wherein the third cylindrical part 56 is made of a material that prevents the aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide from permeating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】 ストレーナに気泡が付着しないようにして、過酸化水素水溶液の流れをスムーズにできる過酸化水素除染装置を提供する。【解決手段】 メッシュ状の部材で形成された第1筒状部52が、配管25と接続されてタンク22内部に突出し、タンク22内で上方に延びるように配置され、第1筒状部52よりも大径であり、メッシュ状の部材で形成された第2筒状部54が、上端がタンク内で第1筒状部材52の上端よりも上方に位置し、且つ下端がタンク22の内底面22bに当接するように、第1筒状部52の周囲に配置され、第2筒状部54と同径の筒状であって過酸化水素水溶液を通過しない部材で形成された第3筒状部56が、上端がタンク22に貯留されている過酸化水素水溶液の液面よりも上方に突出し、且つ下端が第2筒状部54の上端に接続するように配置されている。【選択図】 図2
