The present invention relates to a small leucine-zipper protein of human in osteogenesis. More specifically, sLZIP plays an important role in osteogenesis by increasing the transcription activity of Runx2 and increases differentiation of osteoblast by inhibiting transcriptional activity of PPAR&gamma；2, thus can be used as a marker for bone disease treatment and therapeutic drug development.본 발명은 골 형성 과정에서 인간 작은 류신 지퍼 단백질의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 sLZIP이 Runx2의 전사활성을 증가시키고 PPARγ2의 전사활성을 억제하여 조골세포 분화를 증가시킴으로써 sLZIP이 골 형성과정에 중요한 역할을 하며, 이로부터 골 질환 치료 및 치료제 신약 개발을 위한 표지자로 사용될 수 있다.
