PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvester capable of: increasing harvest processing efficiency and selection work accuracy of root crops by reliable remaining leaf processing etc. in a conveyance process of the crops for selectively storing the crops pulled out from a farm field and further reliably pulling out the crops.SOLUTION: The root crop harvester includes: a pulling-out conveyance device 24 pulling out crops from a farm field and conveying the crops a crop conveyance device 41 receiving the crops and conveying the crops so as to enable a selective work and a remaining leaf cutting device 44 removing a foliage part of the crops in a conveyance process by the crop conveyance device 41. There is provided a posture adjusting part 42a, which aligns postures of the crops so as to allow the remaining leaf cutting device 44 to act on the crops when the crops are transferred from the pulling-out conveyance device 24 to the crop conveyance device 41, thereby the root crop harvester enables alignment of conveyance postures of the harvest crops such as radishes, effective remaining leaf removal by the remaining leaf cutting device 44, and accuracy improvement of the selective work.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
