One purpose of the present invention is to provide an agricultural ridging hiller which prevents damages of the vinyl covering unit due to its contact with the ground by lifting up a vinyl covering unit mounted on the rear side of the hiller in the process of moving a tractor. Other purpose of the present invention is to provide an agricultural ridging hiller which is capable of simply performing an operation of replacing the vinyl roll by constructing the hiller such that a vinyl roll supporting unit inserted into both ends of a vinyl roll is opened to the outside with the vinyl roll supporting unit being adjusted to a width of the vinyl roll. An agricultural ridging hiller according to the present invention includes a main body frame which is connected to a tractor, a soil covering unit which is comprised of a plough unit installed at both sides of the main body frame to form furrows and ridges in a field, a supporting frame which is installed at rear of the main body frame, a vinyl roll supporting unit which is installed on the supporting frame and supports a vinyl roll in which vinyl is wound, a vinyl covering unit which is comprised of a soil covering unit disposed at the rear of the vinyl roll supporting unit to cover vinyl on the top of the furrows, and a lifting unit which is installed between the main body frame and the supporting frame to lift the vinyl covering unit. The lifting unit includes a connecting frame which is bolted to the front end of the supporting frame in a state that the connecting frame crosses a front end of the supporting frame, a tilting frame which tiltably connects the connecting frame to the rear side of the main body frame in a state that one end of the tilting frame is connected to the connecting frame, and other end of the tilting frame is hinged to the main body frame, and a cylinder which includes a rod coupled to the connecting frame, and which pulls upward the connecting frame by power applied from the outside in a state that
