PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for medical treatment having a good cutting surface, easy to cut by the hand and having an excellent feeling.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for medical treatment is equipped with a support obtained by stacking many nonwoven fabrics different in fiber diameter and treated with a sealant and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer overlying one side of the support. At least the support is subjected to drilling treatment for forming a large number of holes arranged at least in one direction by drilling and the ratio (b/a) of the interval (a) of the drilled parts and the interval (b) of non-drilled parts in one direction is 1-1.5 while the ratio (c/d) of the tensile strength (c) in the longitudinal direction of the support and the tensile strength (d) in the width direction thereof is 0.8-1.7. By this method, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for medical treatment having the excellent filling and easily out by the hand without using a cutter such as scissors while providing the good cut surface is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】良好な切断面を有しつつ手で容易に切断することができ、しかも優れた風合いを有することの可能な医療用粘着テープ又はシートを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の医療用粘着テープ又はシートは、繊維径の異なる不織布が多層積層され、かつ目止め剤で処理された支持体と、該支持体の片面に積層された粘着剤層とを備え、少なくとも支持体が穿孔処理されており、該穿孔処理が少なくとも一方向に配列する複数個の孔を穿設する処理であり、一方向における穿孔部の間隔aと非穿孔部の間隔bとの比率(b/a)が1~1.5であり、かつ長手方向における引張強度c及び幅方向における引張強度dの比率(c/d)が0.8~1.7であることを特徴とする。これにより、優れた風合いを有し、ハサミ等の切断具を使用することなく手で容易にしかも良好な切断面を有しつつ切断することが可能な医療用粘着テープ又はシートが提供される。【選択図】図1
