Independent claims are included for: (1) the guanosine and/or its derivative in a dermatological composition for preventing and/or treating an inflammatory condition of the skin； (2) cosmetic and/or dermatological composition comprising, in a medium, at least an effective amount of a first active agent or compound, and a second active agent, where the first active agent or compound is capable or be deemed to perform irritant effect with respect to the skin, and the second active agent is guanosine for preventing and/or treating the irritant effect caused by the first active agent or compound； and (3) ensemble for simultaneous, separate or sequential use, comprising a first cosmetic composition and/or dermatological composition comprising, in a medium, at least an active agent, or compound capable of, or suspected, exert an irritating effect in respect of the skin, and second cosmetic and/or dermatological composition comprising, in a medium, the guanosine. The ability of the guanosine to stimulate hyaluronan synthase 3 was tested in human epidermis.
