PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group of frozen masses including components contained in natural fruits and vegetables almost unchanged, with a good taste derived from the raw material, allowing the suitable amount to be added to be determined without measuring, having an elegant atmosphere.SOLUTION: A group 1 of frozen solid masses 4, 5, and 6 substantially includes a fruit juice and/or fruit puree, or vegetable juice and/or vegetable puree only, having any specific weight of 2 to 50 g, or 2 to 20 g in pursuit of convenience, with a specific shape. All of the masses have a shape similar to fruit or vegetable of one kind.
