To provide a method of mixing an oil component in a material to be heated in advance, or a method of uniformly heating by suppressing carbonization without necessitating a method of repeating peeling a heating completed part on a lower side and applying oil, thereby achieving both a low cholesterol processing due to a reduction of an oil component and a soft cooking degree in the case where a material to be heated is a food product.SOLUTION: An oil applicator (2) and a convector (1) are provided, and an oil is applied on a heating vessel. After start of heating, the convector (1) is moved on the heating vessel to make a matter to be heated in the above layer convect with only one layer that contacts with the heating vessel remained.
