Thereafter, the front of an entrance of the breeding structure is disinfected, and the entrance is opened with the sterilization box connected. Therefore, it is possible to operate the high-pressure steam sterilizer in one operation, so that economical efficiency is excellent because the entrance and exit items inside the sterilization box are safely operated into a breeding room inside the breeding structure.
