The head end (3) comprises a cutter teeth edge (4) extending in a straight line along the length direction of the head end (3), and a plurality of notches (5) forming spaced cutter teeth (6) are equidistantly distributed on the cutter teeth edge (4). The cutter teeth edge (4) on the head end (3) extends in a straight line along the length direction of the head end, blade openings of the cutter teeth (6) are therefore distributed in a straight line, and the blade openings are not sharp teeth structures and thus do not scratch other tissue structures when cutting.
