PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Tofu package or packed Tofu, in which molecular hydrogen gas is adsorbed or made to impregnate, and to maintain the adsorption or impregnation state for a long period of time.SOLUTION: Tofu containing hydrogen gas is produced in various ways, for example: by filling a container with soybean milk containing molecular hydrogen gas and a coagulant, and then vacuum-packaging the container with a metal-laminate film container by immersing tofu that fills a container, together with the container, in hydrogen water so as to diffuse molecular hydrogen in the tofu in the container, and then vacuum-packaging the tofu with a metal laminate film by immersing tofu in hydrogen water to diffuse molecular hydrogen into the tofu, filling a container with the tofu, sealing the container, then vacuum-packaging the container with a metal laminate film by filling a container made of paper laminated with a metal laminate film with soybean milk containing molecular hydrogen gas and a coagulant or by filling a metal-laminate film container or a container obtained by vacuum-molding a sheet having a barrier layer into a container shape, which is called as deep-drawing, with soybean milk mixed with molecular hydrogen gas and a coagulant, and then sealing an opening of the container with a film or sheet having a barrier layer.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
