An apparatus includes a charge storage device. The charge storage device includes a first plate, a second plate, and a dielectric. The dielectric separates the first and the second plate. The first plate is configured to hold a first charge, and the second plate is configured to hold a second, opposite, charge. The charge storage device is housed in a product receptacle that is configured to charge the first plate and the second plate such that the charge storage device is able to generate an electrical current.
