Detergent and conditioning cosmetic composition, characterized in that it comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium, (A) a washing base comprising at least one anionic surfactant and at least one amphoteric surfactant, (B) at least one ester of a carboxylic acid insoluble in water chosen from: 1) monoesters of carboxylic, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated monoacids and of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated monoalcohols, 2) di- or tri-esters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic di-triacids and of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated monoalcohols, 3) mono-, di- or tri-esters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic di- or triacids and of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated dialcohols, 4) monoesters of linear or carboxylic monoacids branched, saturated or unsaturated and of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated dialcohols, 5) di or tr esters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic monoacids and any unsaturated dialcohols or of saturated dialcohols having more than 4 carbon atoms, 6) mono or diesters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic monoacids and saturated trialcohols, 7 ) tri-esters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic monoacids and saturated trialcohols having more than 3 carbon atoms, 8) mono, di or tri-esters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic monoacids and unsaturated trialcohols, 9) mono , di or tri esters of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated carboxylic di or triacids and of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated trialcohols, not passing the total number of carbon atoms of the ester of 27 if it does not contain unsaturation and of 50 if it contains the minus an unsaturation, the concentration of the ester being higher 1%, the co free of cationic surfactant, and the weight ratio of anionic surfactant / amphoteric surfactant is less than or equal to 3.Composición
