The present invention relates to a needleless injection syringe, and comprises: a loading lever which has an operating arm part having a lever shaft rotatably coupled to a rear end part of a cylinder housing, and a knob part that is bent and extends from the operating arm, wherein the loading lever is capable of pivoting to a folded position in which the knob part is superimposed on the cylinder housing; a traction member which is inserted into the cylinder housing; a link of which both ends are pin-coupled to the operating arm part and the traction member so that the traction member can slide forward and backward in accordance with a rotation operation of the loading lever; an inner cylinder which is inserted into the cylinder housing so as to be slidable forward and backward, thereby being integrally coupled to the traction member, and the front end of which is closed by a cap having a passage formed therein and which has a slit extending from the front end; a spring which is inserted into the inner cylinder; an actuating head which has a locking projection inserted into the inner cylinder in front of the spring and inserted into the slit; and a trigger means having a stopper head part which can be inserted into or removed from the slit of the inner cylinder.
