PURPOSE: A cultivation method of an apple tree for producing apple containing selenium is provided to use inorganic colloidal selenium fertilizer for increasing the content of the selenium. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of an apple tree for producing apple containing selenium comprises the following steps: processing inorganic selenium ions into inorganic colloidal selenium(S100)； producing inorganic colloidal selenium fertilizer by diluting liquefied fertilizer or compost formed with the inorganic colloidal selenium in water(S200)； and supplying the inorganic colloidal selenium fertilizer to the apple tree(S300). The inorganic colloidal selenium is nano-selenium.본 발명은 이온화 상태의 무기셀레늄을 원료로 하여 무기콜로이달셀레늄으로 가공되어 제조되는 무기콜로이달셀레늄 제조단계와, 무기콜로이달셀레늄을 비료화시키는 무기콜로이달셀레늄 비료제조준비단계와, 무기콜로이달셀레늄 비료를 사과나무에 시비하는 사과나무 시비단계로 구성하여 무기콜로이달셀레늄 비료를 사과나무에 엽면살포, 관수, 관주, 밑거름, 웃거름으로 시비하여 사과나무에서 생산되는 사과에 셀레늄성분을 고농도로 함유시켜 일반사과보다 셀레늄의 함량을 2배이상 증진시키고, 사과의 셀레늄성분을 인체에 극미량의 셀레늄을 충분하게 공급하며, 사과에 셀레늄을 고동도로 포함시키는 사과를 제공하고, 사과재배농가에 저비용으로 고부가 가치의 사과를 수확할 수 있도록 한 셀레늄이 함유된 사과를 생산하기 위한 사과나무재배방법에 관한 것이다.
