PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control apparatus for working vehicles, enabling favorable starting of an engine by suppressing mistaken on-operation of an operation clutch and capable of carrying out good maintenance in a state not starting the engine.SOLUTION: The operation control apparatus of the working vehicle is configured so that an operation control means C is changed over to an operation mode for operating an operation clutch to on-state if an engine starting state is detected by a starting state detection means 100, when the start of an operation is commanded by an operation-commanding means 25 and so that the operation control means C is not changed over to the operation mode.
