PURPOSE: A traverse bar rotary motion apparatus for layering absorption fabrics is provided to make the bend-shaped absorption fabrics layered along a traverse bar on a stack plate to be neatly layered in a constant shape by maintaining a constant speed of the side-to-side shuttling traverse bar. CONSTITUTION: A traverse bar(60)rotary motion apparatus(10) for layering absorption fabrics includes an actuating cam(30), a vertical block(33) and a horizontal moving plate(40). The actuating cam is installed on the fore-end part of a driving shaft rod(22) rotated by the operation of a cam driving motor(M). The vertical block is movably installed on one side of the actuating cam. The vertical block is vertically lifted by the connection with a vertical LM guide(34) fixedly installed on one side of the horizontal moving plate. The horizontal moving plate has the upper and lower end parts on which a connection piece(41) connected to a horizontal block(42) is fixedly installed. The horizontal block is combined with a horizontal LM guide for the horizontal moving plate to be linearly movable side-to-side. The horizontal plate has the front side mounted with a block(47) which is combined with an LM guide(48) fixedly installed on one side of the traverse bar.본 발명은 기저귀나 생리대와 같은 위생용품 내면에 흡습기능을 위하여 충진사용하는 흡습재를 제조함에 있어서, 흡습재 제조를 위한 흡습포가 일정한 형태로 적층될 수 있게 하는 트라버스바 회전운동장치의 개량에 관한 것으로서, 특히 트라버스바의 좌우이동속도를 동일하게 구성하여, 트라버스바를 통하여 적재판 상에 적층되는 흡습포의 균일한 적층이 이루어질 수 있게 함과 동시에, 위생적인 흡습포 적층이 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 흡습포 적층을 위한 트라버스바 회전운동장치를 구성함에 있어서, 풀리박스 전면에 작동캠을 설치하고, 상기 작동캠 상하부에 수평LM가이드를 설치하여 상하수평블럭이 좌우직선 왕복주행가능케 설치하고, 상기 상하수평블럭에는 연결편을 통하여 수직LM가이드가 구성된 수평이동판을 설치하고, 상기 수직LM가이드 상에는 수직블럭을 상하주행가능케 설치한 다음 작동캠과 연결되게 함으로서, 작동캠의 회전운동이 수평이동판의 좌우직선왕복운동으로 변환되게 하고, 상기 수평이동판 전면에는 블럭을 유동가능케 설치하고, 상기 블럭은 트라버스바 일측에 설치된 LM가이드의 블럭과 연결하여 좌우왕복운동하는 트라버스바의 주행속도가 동일하게 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.
