PURPOSE: A water-absorption complex non-woven fabric, a manufacturing process thereof, and a body fluid-absorption pad are provided to absorb and spread large amount of water several times. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of a water-absorption complex non-woven fabric comprises the following steps: thermocompressing through calendaring of a melt blown nonwoven layer and an absorption non-woven fabric； penetrating a part of the melt blown nonwoven layer into the absorptive non-woven layer by using an embossing process； and forming an occlusion unit with a specific pattern inside the absorptive non-woven layer. The water-absorption complex non-woven fabric is formed by melt blowing polymer. The absorptive non-woven layer is contiguous to the melt blown nonwoven layer and absorbs and holds moisture.본 발명은 흡수성 복합 부직포로서, 섬유형성가능한 고분자를 멜트블라운 시켜서 형성된 친수성 멜트블라운 부직포층；과 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층에 인접하고, 수분을 흡수하여 보유하도록 된 흡수성 부직포층；을 포함하고, 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층과 흡수성 부직포층을 상기 캘린더가공을 통해 열압착하되, 엠보싱가공을 통해 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층의 일부가 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 내부로 침투되어 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층이 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 내부에서 특정패턴의 차폐유닛을 형성한 것을 특징으로 흡수성 복합 부직포를 제공한다.
