PURPOSE: A splint for orthopedics is provided to maximize supporting force and to reduce the weight of liner and shell members. CONSTITUTION: A splint for orthopedics comprises a liner member(200) and a shell member(300). The liner member receives an expansion member and comprises a protection pack sealing the expansion member, and a check valve which is formed in order to discharge the air of the protection pack. The shell member covers the exterior of the liner member and forms a cut unit cut in the longitudinal direction, and male/female fasteners on both sides of the cut unit. The expansion member is permeable and is made of styrofoam, urethane foam, or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene foam.본 발명은 골절된 환자의 골절부위를 고정시키기 위해 사용하는 정형외과용 부목에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 골절부위에 직접적으로 지지하는 내피부재가 시간이 지남에 따라 신체 면접부위의 공간이 형성되는 헐거워짐의 문제를 근본적으로 해결하기 위해 상기 내피부재가 착용된 상태에서도 조임조절이 가능하고, 상기 내피부재를 감싸는 외피부재가 고탄력 망상구조를 가져 지지력을 극대화할 뿐만 아니라 내피/외피부재의 경량화로 인해 활동성에 제약이 없도록 제공하는 정형외과용 부목에 관한 것이다.
