The object of the present invention is to provide a method of producing pulverized particles of a poorly water-soluble and crystalline organic compound,and pulverized organic compound particles produced by the production method. In particular, the object of the present invention is to provide a method of producing poorly water-soluble and pulverized medical organic compound particles, the method including: mixing a poorly water-soluble medical organic compound with a physiologically-acceptable salt and a physiologically-acceptable polyol； and then wet-pulverizing the organic compound, and pulverized organic compound particles produced by the production method.本發明目的是提供水溶性差且具結晶性之有機化合物之微粉碎化粒子的製造方法，以及經由該製造方法製造之微粉碎化有機化合物粒子。特別是本發明目的是提供水溶性差醫療用有機化合物微粒子之製造方法，以及經由該製造方法所得水溶性差醫療用有機化合物微粒子，其特徵為混合水溶性差醫療用有機化合物與生理學可容許鹽及生理學可容許多元醇，溼式粉碎上述有機化合物。
