The present invention relates to a polypeptide construct comprising at least two fragments of an allergen from the Amb a family of allergens from Ambrosia atermisiifolia or variants of said at least two fragments, wherein each of the at least two fragments consist of 20 to 50 amino acid residues and wherein at least one fragment is derived from amino acid residues 1 to 50 of the mature allergen and at least one fragment is derived from amino acid residues 240 and ending at the C-terminal end of the mature allergen.La présente invention concerne une construction polypeptidique comprenant au moins deux fragments d'un allergène provenant d'une famille (Amb) d'allergènes provenant d'Ambrosia atermisiifolia ou des variants desdits fragments, chacun desdits fragments étant constitué de 20 à 50 résidus d'acides aminés et au moins un fragment étant dérivé des résidus d'acides aminés 1 à 50 de l'allergène mature et au moins un fragment étant dérivé des résidus d'acides aminés 240 et se terminant à l'extrémité terminale (C) de l'allergène mature.
