PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new drag mechanism for a dual-axis reel capable of accurately and easily adjusting a drag force during a fight. An inner tube 130 penetrating a drive gear shaft 110 is provided in an idle state with respect to the drive gear shaft 110. As a result, when the line L is drawn out from the spool 400 due to the resistance of the fish and the drive gear 300 rotates, the drag plate 120 and the drive gear shaft 110 rotate in opposite directions while maintaining a constant drag force. Since the handle 200 also rotates along with this, the drag force can be adjusted accurately and easily without operating the star drag 150 during the fight.
