PURPOSE: An expansion ring coupling device for mushroom cultivation pot bottles is provided to accurately supply, align, and combine expansion rings for improving the productivity when coupling the expansion rings. CONSTITUTION: An expansion ring coupling device for mushroom cultivation pot bottles comprises the following: a ring loading unit(1) for loading large amount of expansion rings using a hopper； a ring transfer unit(2) transferring the expansion rings on the ring loading unit to the next process； a ring aligning unit(3) aligning the expansion rings transferred by the ring transfer unit by the interval of the pot bottles before fitting to inlet of the pot bottles； a pot bottle transfer unit(4) transferring baskets with the constant number of pot bottles using a conveyor； a ring coupling unit(5) fitting the expansion rings to the inlets of the pot bottles； a guide formed on both side walls of the ring transfer unit for transferring the expansion rings after being hanged to a hanging protrusion； a helical brush roller inserting the expansion rings to the ring aligning unit by force, operated b a motor； and an elastic plate for pressing the upper side of the expansion rings.본 발명은 버섯 포트병용 확장링 결합장치에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 호퍼(101)를 구비하여 다량의 확장링을 적재하는 링적재부(1)와, 상기 링적재부(1)에 적재된 확장링을 다음 공정으로 이송하는 링이송부(2)와, 상기 링이송부(2)에 의해 이송된 링을 포트병의 입구에 끼우기 전에 포트병 간격에 맞도록 정렬하는 링정렬부(3)와, 일정 수의 포트병이 담긴 바스켓을 컨베이어(401)로 이송하는 포트병이송부(4)와, 상기 링정렬부(3)에서 정렬 배출되는 확장링을 상기 포트병이송부(4)를 통해 공급되는 포트병의 입구에 끼워서 결합하는 링결합부(5)로 구성되는 버섯 포트병용 확장링 결합장치에 있어서,상기 링이송부(2)의 양 측벽에는 확장링을 상부로 이송할 때 가장자리에 위치한 링의 걸림턱(601)이 걸린 상태로 이송되도록 가이드(203)를 설치하고； 상기 링정렬부(3)의 상부에는 모터(M)에 의해 구동되면서 링을 강제 투입하는 나선형 브러시롤러 (301)를 설치하고, 링정렬부(3)의 배출부 상부에는 링정렬부(3)에서 배출되는 확장링의 상부를 눌러주는 탄성판(302)을 설치하며； 상기 링결합부(5)에는 모터(M)에 의해 구동되면서 링을 눌러 포트병 입구에 강제 결합하는 한 쌍의 고무롤러(501)를 설치함으로써 확장링의 공급 연속성이 유지될 뿐만 아니라, 확장링을 정렬하는 과정에서 겹쳐짐을 방지하고, 정확하게 밀착 정렬시킴으로써 확장링의 결합이 정확하게 이루어질 수 있기 때문에 확장링 결합작업의 연속성과 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
