The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising one or more particular carboxylic acids, at least 0.01% by weight of at least one polysaccharide, one or more anionic surfactants, preferably non-sulfated, and one or more amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactants. The invention also relates to the uses of the composition according to the invention and to a method for treating keratin fibers, comprising at least one step of applying to said keratin fibers a composition according to the invention.
