The present application provides a novel infusion set easy for setting up a standard order of use, having a bottle needle (2) or a drip needle joining connector (12) inserted to caps (6 and 7), and having a three way stopcock (5). The caps (6 and 7) is provided an opening and lids (6d and 7d), the opening has hydrophobic filters (6b and 7b) arranged on an inner side of a front end relative to a bottle needle or a drip needle joining connector inserted to the caps so as gas passes but liquid and solid not； and the lids (6d and 7d) is for closing the opening at outside of the opening. Further, the three way stopcock (5) has a main tube downstream side connector (5a) joining the main tube, as a central axis for rotation. Moreover, the novel infusion set provides priming and back-priming preventing leakage of liquid by applying any color, therefore, stability of the infusion set and drip stands, prevention of liquid leakage from an insertion site of a drip needle and patient’s physical discomfort, and prevention of incidents caused by wrong administration order are possible.本發明中提供一種容易訂定標準之使用順序之新穎輸液組，其係在瓶針(2)或點滴針連接用接頭(12)套上管套(6、7)並具備三通旋塞(5)，其中，該管套(6、7)係配置有在較由插入口插入管套內的瓶針或點滴針連接用接頭的前端部更內側的部位配置疏水性過濾器(6b、7b)俾使管套內氣體通過但不使液體及固體通過之開口部、及在該開口部外側關閉該開口部之蓋(6d、7d)，且該三通旋塞(5)具有具備以可將主管作為軸而轉動之方式連接之構造的主管下游側接頭(5a)，其中，加上任意之色彩，藉此可以不使液體漏出的簡便步驟進行充液(priming)及逆充液(back-priming)，且可保持輸液組及點滴架的安定性、防止點滴針插入部位之滲漏液體及患者肉體上的痛苦、及防止起因於投予順序的人為疏失而發生事故。
