The present invention provides a new infusion set in which a spike (2) or a connector (12) for connection with an intravenous needle is covered with a cap (6, 7). The cap (6, 7) is provided with: an opening that is equipped with a hydrophobic filter (6b, 7b) at a site that is further inward than the tip of the spike or the connector for connection with an intravenous needle, which is inserted into the cap from an insertion port, said opening being configured so as to permeate gases inside the cap but not to permeate liquids and solids and a lid (6d, 7d) for closing off the opening from the outer side of the opening. The infusion set is provided with a three-way stopcock (5) that has a main pipe downstream-side connector (5a) provided with a mechanism for connecting so as to be able to pivot, with a main pipe serving as the axis. With this infusion set, it is possible to perform priming and back-priming in a simple step without any liquid leakage by using an arbitrary coloring. It is also possible to maintain the stability of the infusion set and an intravenous stand, to prevent physical pain in patients and liquid leakage at the intravenous needle insertion site, and to prevent the occurrence of accidents caused by human errors related to the administration procedure.
