Provided is an illness aggravation estimation system that estimates aggravation of an illness in a patient with high precision. The illness aggravation estimation system acquires sickbed image data in which images of an imaging area including the sickbed of a patient are captured chronologically, analyzes the movements of the patient or of a body part of the patient captured in the acquired sickbed image data, uses the analyzed movements as a basis to perform scoring of at least one of a consciousness state and oxygen administration which are items included in indices for an early warning score, and estimates aggravation of an illness in the patient.L'invention concerne un système d'estimation d'aggravation de maladie qui estime l'aggravation d'une maladie chez un patient avec une grande précision. Le système d'estimation d'aggravation de maladie acquiert des données d'image de lit médicalisé, dans lesquelles des images d'une zone d'imagerie comprenant le lit médicalisé d'un patient sont capturées chronologiquement； analyse les mouvements du patient ou d'une partie corporelle du patient capturées dans les données d'image acquises du lit médicalisé； utilise les mouvements analysés en tant que base pour effectuer une notation d'état de conscience et/ou d'administration d'oxygène, qui constituent des éléments inclus dans des indices liés à un score d'avertissement précoce； et estime l'aggravation d'une maladie chez le patient.患者の重症化を高精度に推定する重症化推定システムを提供する。重症化推定システムは、患者の病床を含む撮影領域を経時的に撮影した病床画像データを取得し、取得した病床画像データに撮影されている患者又は患者の身体部位の動作を解析し、解析された動作に基づいて、早期警告スコアの指標に含まれる酸素投与又は意識状態の少なくとも一方についてスコアリングして患者の重症化を推定する。
