The lyophilized preparation of stem cell-derived exosomes or the anti-inflammatory composition containing the same as the active component has excellent anti-inflammatory effects while stabilizing stem cell-derived exosomes, particularly exhibits superior anti-inflammatory efficacy compared to stem cell-derived exosomes isolated and purified from a stem cell culture.
